Some of the critics have stated that they've traveled to the US, you'd
think they'd understand that a country this size is bound to be
hetereogeneous as hell. A voter from the deep south, eastern seaboard,
pacific northwest, midwest, or the southwest are going to have
different agendas, and rural voters and urban voters in the same
regions can be equally politically separate.
Rural/Urban is more of a differentiator than geography, IMO - when you
look at a map of presidential voting by county and compare it with
a nighttime satellite photo, it's pretty obvious who voted for whom.
Problems are a lot easier when you're talking about a country the size
of California.
