Well "oss" is just the name I chose to give the variable, so
obviously it is not going to be in msdn. The variable is of type
std::ostringstream, which *will* be in msdn. That is where to go to find
out about "str". If you look up std::ostringstream, you will see
that, like std::string, std::ostringstream is just a typedef for
std::basic_ostringstream. So you will have to click on the link
for that (or look that up in the first place).
