I found the original Fender reverb schematic (6K6) on the web, however, some
critical values needed to actually build one are missing, including:
Power tranny voltage
Choke value
Coupling tranny value (the transformer on the "out" to the pan)
the plate capacitor on the first triode
Oh... and none of the pots are labelled.
Also, resistors are labelled as follows:
1m
1k5
1k 2w
I'm assuming that 1k5 means 1k 5 watt, but there are also two "2m2"s, and 2
watt 2 meg resistors aren't very common.
It appears to be a relatively simple circuit, and shouldn't take more than a
weekend or two to build including the cabinet, though I'm wondering how it
will sound with the AES pan. They are apparently the newer style 3-spring
units, and I read that the original used 2-spring pans.
