I think most of this (at least the tracking of computer-usage/content
for those who are on the internet with Win32) is long established! :|

I hadn't heard that one mentiond as partwf Billy's dreams, but surely it
IS part of John Paul's dream! :|

(definitely NOT one of MINE!!! (I've seen too much how even seemingly
