I think most of this (at least the tracking of computer-usage/content

I hadn't heard that one mentiond as partwf Billy's dreams, but surely it
IS part of John Paul's dream! :|
(definitely NOT one of MINE!!! (I've seen too much how even seemingly
INNOCUOUS information gathering/etc. can (WILL!) get abused, and I'm not
willing to open those floodgates. . . ) :|
