It's actually on the body, not the door, so if it's a new panel the
car has had MAJOR body work :-).  The guy was GIVEN the car by his
Grandmother who bought it new, so he THINKS if it had had any work, he'd 
have heard about it.
That thought did occur to me to, although I didn't think to check the dash, 
next time I see hime I'll ask.  What I was GOING to ask was "what does the 
title say?"  (although I've seen titles that were not correct as to
description either, as long as the VIN matches, the State of Wisconsin
doesn't care WHAT you call it.)
