subject: bad pkts

Hi All,

I'm fairly certain hpt 1.2.2-release/w32 generates invalid PKTs when
exporting a message from a Squish message that has an empty __ftsc_date
field. If __ftsc_date is a nul string (which is perfectly valid for a
locally-generated message), hpt should fill that field in based on the
date_written field, but it doesn't. Consequently the FTSC date field in
the export PKT is empty, which goes against the FTS.

I came across this while working on the Unix version of timEd. I've worked
around it by filling the __ftsc_date field myself, but am not 100% sure it
fills the field correctly in all cases...

Regards
Andrew
