Well after all that, linux_devtools installed, so I can compile a simple
Hello world program with Linux gcc under FreeBSD, but it stops short of
anything that includes limits.h or errno.h, evidently.  Obviously I'm
missing something extra.  Maybe /usr/include/linux/ is where the Linux
kernel headers are kept on a Linux box?  I might have those on a Linux CD
somewhere.  I'll try out my theory later today!
