Where is the choice of using Reiser FS or Ext3? Where is the read capability for XFS?

Saying someone else can pay MS to possibly have their FS as an addon is not
even vugely what I was saying. My point is set up a dual boot XP & OSX
or XP & Linux & just sit back & admire XP's out of the box
ability to read & write files from your reiser or xfs etc partitions.
