subject: Shell scripts to handle outgoing/incoming echomail.

Hi,

I have a situation (my recent crop of test messages), I have a script that does
this:

1) Copy/backup messages to a backup directory.
2) Zero out the message base file.
3) Post a new message.
4) Restore backed up messages.

The problem is that it doesn't save the recent message(s). The message base
file has to be zeroed out before I can post a new message to that message area.

Anyone have an ideas?

Thanks,
ignatius
