I've got two different setups where I need to pick some backup software

setup 1:

2 dell rackmount servers, one running email and directory services (PDC)
and one running web and sql server. Both are behind a firewall and there is
an 8 cartridge dell 122T DLT tape drive connected to the email server which
has to backup both boxes. I need to find a backup program to backup both
servers. I have the SQL server dumping to a file nightly so I don't need a
live SQL backup but it wouldn't hurt.

Setup 2:

4 desktop XP boxes, one has a DDS4 tape drive in it, all are on an internal
network behind a firewall and all are members of a domain where the domain
controller is located remote to their location.

Suggestions? Dell suggests backupexec version 9.1 but I've not used that
before so I don't know how bloated it is or how much it would cost for
either of these setups.
