Hi everyone,

About "Chowdanet closing" of June 9:

ML> ...i thought i'd forward this in here...
CH> The BBS will close 01 July 2003.

Which confirms that when progress is made it must be shared for the
benefit of every BBSer before it's too late or it could be lost forever.

I hope Mr. Healy won't hold back what he done with `WC'/`Kermit' so
far, unfortunate events such as this should remind those of us with some
access to priviledged information that nothing will last for ever and if
one is forced to walk away then he will carry his secrets with him... I
invested about eight years of my life on a project myself, it may not be
the LEGACY of a very skilled programmer but i try not to let that happen
to me: my work on a `Wizard' for my `LSPPPDlr' "GlueWare" project is on
its way to completion, there still is the issue of how to pack it up and
more testing has to be done but it may be a matter of weeks, it seems...

Depending on how hot the summer days will be and some other factors
as motivation, i'll most likely publish `LSPPPDlr' before the year 2004;
i regret that it took so long, i must now delete the ChodaNet entry! :(

With the closing of chodanet.com comes the disapearance of a unique
(but quite short-lived) 100 % LEGACY-friendly access to `RIME' EchoMail.

                                                           Salutations,

                                                           Michel Samson
                                                           a/s Bicephale

... And then there were none, a footnote in the history of the InterNet!
