AK>Hi, Lee Lofaso!
AK>I read your message from 07.12.2018 18:08
WD>> Not even in Russia during the worst period of communism did
WD>> people have 2-3 jobs to make ends meet.
LL>
LL> Which period would that be? Leninism? Stalinism? Brezhnevism?
LL> Gorbachevism? Not really sure if there ever was such a thing as
LL> "communism" in the former USSR. Different shades of Bolshevism,
LL> rather than Trotskyism, perhaps. But "communism"? No such
LL> animal.
AK>Nevertheless, you can take any above mentioned period of the USSR and
AK>indeed, nobody had 2-3 jobs to meet ends meet, and the 8 hour workday
AK>was always a holy cow. As well as one month vacation for every worker
AK>and paid sick-list.
And it worked great! Until they ran out of everybody elses money! Then it did
what `communism' always does whenever `everybody elses' money ran out: it
fell apart!
`Socialism' has never worked in the entire history of the world! Those who
keep repeating the same mistake over and over again will make history repeat
itself time and time again.
Good luck!
