Sort of true. I've started wearing my Rocky "The People's Champion" shirt
again -- that's from back around his first heel-to-face turn as The Rock.
I've *tried* to buy other WWE merchandise, but have never been able to
find stores in my area that carry the ones I want (a problem I had with
WCW, too) and am reluctant to order over the internet.
You're right about subscribing to the magazines or calling the hotlines.
And while I've never been to a live show, my brother's been to two or
three just in the last couple of years.
You're right, though, in that the target demographic for the WWE is most
likely the younger adolescents. That tends to be the target demographic
for a lot of mainstream stuff, as they have the most disposable income.
