I have a SupraFax28.8 v.34 external modem. My Flash Rom version is 1.200-12 
and I am able to flash down to 1.000-xx but when I go to flash my roms to the 
new 1.400-12 flash roms it tells me that my modem needs to be sent to the 
factory. Why? This is my ATI3:

And why must I pay $40 when others get it for free! It's not my fault that my 
modem isn't flashable. I only bought the modem about 7 months ago. I think 
that if it's free for some, then it's free for all. Support your products 
100% Supra!
