subject: What TSE stands for?

 Hi Rinat!

TSE is an acronym for "The Semware Editor", which is a newer version of
QEdit. Actually there are two versions of TSE now, TSE Pro and TSE
Jr.. TSE Jr. is actually QEdit simply renamed with a new features.
TSE Pro is a much more enhanced version of QEdit, a bit bigger but with
 a lot more features.

TSE Jr. isn't available as shareware yet. There is an OS/2 of TSE Jr.,
but as far as I know, it's only available to registered users. The
latest version for what you're calling QEdit is TSE Jr. v4.0 and it's
well worth registering if you're an OS/2 user that's used to using
 QEdit!
