I would like to say that if the manager said that he was sorry and also if
the manager stated that they were having trouble with the cart boy,
something will be done about the situation. I think you did the right
thing in calling the store and letting your feelings be known
to themanager. If he said that he was sorry, take his word for it. He
probably did feel genuinely sorry. Another thing is if you feel strongly
that they mistreated you, don't go to that particular store again.
