A simple home office furnishings idea.
  Tired of those little standard sized office waste baskets that are hard to 
hit from 3 feet and out?  Is it overflowing most of the time?
  At our home-based word processing business, we go through a lot of paper, 
catalogs, junk mail, and our waste basket was often full halfway through a 
single day!
  Our solution was to get a bigger basket!  We bought a plastic laundry 
basket for use as an office waste basket.  It's very wide at the top, hard to 
tip over, and has enough capacity to get through a regular day (or two!).  
  Since our office waste is usually dry paper, it didn't matter that the one 
we bought had open mesh sides.
  Plastic laundry baskets come in all price ranges, many colors and shapes.  
So if waste management is a problem in your home office, try a bigger basket.
