I think it's just the debug build of the old MFC DLL. Geo. has linked
against the DLL rather than against a static MFC lib and then posted the
debug build. It's likely you have MFC42.DLL alreadt installed by some other
app..
I don't know what the redistribution status is with MFC42D.DLL but it's no
advantage to you, and Geo's app probably isn't worth a 1MB download in its
present state.
