Results in a corrupt Netmail area and the following from the seal.log + 24

Again this is not working right at all.  I don't have much hair left to pull out.

If I cannot get this working I guess I will nee to try Areafix even though
it does not read the squish format only the.MSG with no chance of
maintaining it automatically. :-(
