The point is not that all cops are racist. The point is that the criminal 
justice system is institutionally racist.

So because you can come up with one example of a minority being racist 
against 
another minority, the entire concept of racism is invalidated? Please. The 
fact
is that we live in a society run by white males, for hundreds of years it has 
been this way, and because Bill Cosby is on your tv does not mean it has gone 
away. If I refer to a white cop harrassing a black person, it is at the very 
least metaphoric, if not an everyday occurrence in real life.
