While doing the Macarena Steve Palm said to Mike Robin: 
 SP> window at the Marquee that advertises the movies playing at the
 SP> theater.  You can see a palm tree. just to the right of the palm tree
 SP> is another window with weapons 3-6. You NEED the Jetpack to get in. 
 SP> It's too high to jump from the platform.
 I think I read somewhere that you should be able to jump from the ledge
 to the tree then from the tree to the hidden room.  Yeah right!  I
 don't know how many times I tried that (just to see if it could be
 done) and finally wimped out and used the jetpack.
