I am not entirely too sure why there is no in place option for me, but the
corresponding versions are below:

So in my case, I am going from Home Premium to 7 Professional, and with the
corresponding Vista version being Business, the difference between Vista
Home Premium and Vista Business is that Premium sported 2 features Business
doesnt and Business sported 2 other features Premium didnt. That is my only
theory as to why?
