When barriers to ability; impenetrable shrink wrap sas it were stops
being prison bars and becomes protection instead. Are you Startled?
Relieved? Is this the final stage of acceptance and adaptation or is
it- surrender. OR both.

A friend forgot and sent me a wav file. I replied, 'Sigh'.

I said sometimes I feel shrink wrapped in silence.

But then I think now- the shrink wrap isn't imprisonment at all.
It's protection from being reminded. Of being sealed out of the world of sound.


When you aren't reminded, you don't think about it. Ignoring
reminders is what the shrink wrap helps you do.
