I'm extremely dependent on DOS doors.  Almost everything (except for the
files areas because there aren't any lfn capable file doors) I run I run on
a door.  I'll look into VMWare, thanks.  Will it run 16 bit software under a
64 bit operating system?  I've got win2k that could probably run under it
and not have any problem with the doors.  I'd like to run this all off of
the linux box, though to keep my main box as fast as possible.  I know I can
use dosemu, but I haven't seen any examples of its use w/ ele.

I've compiled the Linux version for testing purposes, and it seems to
work alright, AFAICT.

How dependent are you on DOS doors?

If you can spare the memory and CPU cycles on either of your machines,
VMWare might be an option.
