From: Ellen K. The standard edition of Windows 2000 Server can't use more than 4 GB of RAM and neither can the standard edition of SQL Server 2000. Enterprise edition for SS can use I think 16 but is four times the price of standard. The machine I wanted to run this ugly process on has 3 GB... it barfed with a "not enough memory" error.
