Since I don't have my own domain yet, I'm using fidonet.org with the
gated replies.

Here's flow chart:

1) Downlink node delivers a reply in ftsc format ->
2) ftsc tosser runs and places the message, uncompressed (*.pkt) in a
   special directory ->
3) Gigo converts the reply message to its native format ->
4) Run g2k conversion utility to put in ka9q format ->
5) Run *.BTM conversion utility (Home brew to work around the
   g2k's mail2news@demon.co.uk mentality:) ->
6) Post using ka9q through a smtpnewsgroup gateway ->
7) See the message come back through in the newsgroup a couple of
   hours later:)

I would certainly be willing to give it a test, especially the nntp posting
part.
