4) Employees of Disney Online, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents,
advertising, and promotion agencies and the immediate families or persons
residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

5) Disney Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual found tampering with the entry process. In the event the
Internet/e-mail portion of the sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bug,
or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt the
administration, security, or proper play of this sweepstakes, Disney Online
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Internet/e-mail
portion of the sweepstakes and to select winners by random drawing from
among all eligible mail-in entries received.  Prizes won by minors will
be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minors' behalf.  Winners
will be notified by mail and/or via Internet.  Grand Prize winners shall
be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability/
publicity release within 14 days of prize notification.  Travel companions
of Grand Prize winner must sign a liability/publicity release prior to
travel.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, prize
may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Prizes or prize
notifications returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be forfeited and
awarded to alternate winners.
Prizes: Grand Prize (1)  Trip for winner and three guests to Disneyland
Paris.  Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for four
from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Paris,
France, 7 days/6 nights Disneyland Paris hotel accommodations (standard
room, quadruple occupancy), ground transportation from airport to hotel,
and Disneyland Paris theme park passes for four (4) persons.  Approximate
Retail Value, $6,160.00. Weekly Prizes: (553)  79 total prizes awarded
each week.  Winner will receive sponsor's choice of (1) Hunchback of Notre
Dame CD (14 awarded per week), Approximate Retail Value, $15.00 each OR
(1) Hunchback of Notre Dame T-shirt (50 awarded per week), OR (1)
Hunchback of Notre Dame Hat (15 awarded per week), Approximate Retail
Value, $10.00 each. Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes,
$11,920.00  Prize travel must be completed by July 30, 1997.  Travel
subject to availability, blackout dates, and travel restrictions.
For Grand Prize, all meals, gratuities, ground transportation to airport
for return flight, and other incidental expenses not specified herein are
the sole responsibility of the winner.  If Grand Prize winner is a minor,
he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on prize trip.
Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All
prizes will be awarded.  No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at
sponsor's sole discretion, due to prize  unavailability.  No prize
transfer prior to award.
6) By entering, participants release Disney Online, Gage Marketing Group,
their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses,
or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance,
possession, or use of any prize.
7) Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize shall constitute
and signify the winner's consent that Disney Online may use the winner's
name, address, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about
the promotion or Disney Online, and/or prize information for promotional
purposes without further payment or consideration.
8) Prize-winners will be posted on the Disney.com web site in the following
