Nothing, because the tapes were the official police
recordings which are fairly easy to get transcripts of
and to get copies of when your lawyer fills out the
right paper work. The person with the scanner who
heard the transmission contacted the defence lawyer who
then filled out all the necessary paper work and got a
copy of the tape which he played for the judge.
