He doesn't, and for good reason.

My provider handles everything outside of the firewall, they manage the
routers.  So I guess I'll have to see what options they offer.  I can't
help but want some control or have some ability to manager a layer of
security myself tho.

Your setup sounds quite good....mine must also be easy (read: transparent)
to the user.  Any problems that come up from time to time or does it all
work reliably with no worries?
