Let me see.  I'm not sure what one's you've found so I'll list all the ones
that I can think of.
-Below the billboard right near the beginning.  ( the rpg is there )
-if your at the rpg 45deg to the right is a window you can jump into
 where there is a box of rpg ammo.  
 - In the same room there is a wall sized poster.  Its a door. contains Rx
-From the room with the  box of rpg ammo, Look out the window at the Marquee
 that advertises the movies playing at the theater.  You can see a palm tree.
 just to the right of the palm tree is another window with weapons 3-6.
 You NEED the Jetpack to get in.  It's too high to jump from the platform.
-Just under the marquee there is a wall you can shoot out if you shoot inside
 the window.  Open the double doors and look to the right.  You should see
 a lift to the arcade and a trash can.  Jump on the trash can and press the
 OPEN key( default is the space bar ), there is a secret door there.  From 
 on top of the trash can you can jump into the small room in the corner.
 there is a box of pipe bombs #6 and a night vision (and something else).
-In the concession stand push on the  cash register.  Look up and to the 
ight
 near the ceiling you will see an open room containing Armor.  There is a 
 hidden lift you can use to get up there OR use the Jetpack.
I'll bet those are the ones you missed.
If that doesn't get it.  Then I'll make a list of all the secrets in LVL 1
