Gold's Gym is right down the street from here. :o) Although I'm active
year-round, I didn't lose 30lbs by excercising. I was diagnosed as a type
1 diabetic in January and was given a prescription pill to fix that. Glad
they caught the diabetic before it turned into type 2...
