Here's how I would do it with the stuff I have:

1) Alt-PrintScrn places an image of the active window onto the clipboard

2) open PMView, and Edit>Paste image from clipboard.

3) save image as jpg file

4) open jpg file in Opera, OMB and select  Use image as desktop


There may be easier ways with other software.
