Thomas has installed a new Raster font file which provides four new  
fonts: 8 x 13, 9 x 16, 10 x 19 and 12 x 23

I've now settled on the 10 x 19 raster font along with a GoldED window  
size of 100 x 35

I've zip'd up a few screenshots, which you can get from here:
