No, I am not "Taking Down" any TV antennas..  :)    Refer to
www.trunkedradio.net for an explaination of how trunking works..  Its a little
too technical for me to explain here..  You have to have a trunking scanner to
listen, either analog or digital, depending on what your listening to.  I don't
really get into airplane scanning...  Mostly Fire / Rescue..
