We are moving our licensing website in house.  It's SQL based, it will
ultimately reflect our entire catalog of music (over 50,000 tracks).

The goal is to also provide LO RES MP3 files for people interested in
licensing use of the titles to hear the music (Film/TV use want to hear the
music, whereas the music licensing people, are just interested in the art,
and what tracks are on the particular CD).

The site as currently constructed, used mono lo res Real Files, 30 second
snippets.  Now, we want to re-work this into full track, but low quality
MP3's.

I'm looking for either a Free-ware, or inexpensive media streaming server
that can provide the music when people click on a link from the licensing
site.

Luckily, the traffic is low, but we now have the bandwidth to support this
internally.  Just need to deal with the streaming side. (And no, I don't
want to put them in windows media server).

Thoughts folks?
