problems that were not present in 2.29.  No problems that went away either.

Yes. But since Charles appeared to have abandoned the project, that does
not make much difference.


Frankly I don't think it is worth the effort to upgrade from 2.29. Better
start looking for a mailer that can handle IPv6 or one that can be upgraded
to IPv6. In two years the IPv4 address space will be exhausted, so there is
no way to avoid IPv6.
