Mine is an M-105 part of the Satellite line. I've had zero trouble with it.
My Thinkpad just gave up the ghost. It would no longer properly recognize
both memory slots, and would blue screen if 2 were in place. Either chip,
in either socket worked fine. Both? you'd barely get thru the login, till
BOOM. BSOD.
Also, we have 2 A-105, bigger screen, that have the same included software.
Mine has 2 gig of DDR2 ram, the others have 1 Gig. All have DVD-Ram drives
in them, I've been burning DVD's with it for days it seems, no issues.
I like the size, and weight of the M-105 over my old Thinkpads (A21p, A31).
We have a slew of T-30's that are OK I've become very fond of the M-105.
