1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Open to legal residents of the United States excluding
its territories, military installations, and commonwealths.
To enter the sweepstakes electronically, access the Disney Web page
through the Internet by typing
http://www.disney.com/DisneyPictures/Hunchback_of_Notre_Dame/ and
fill in your name, address, daytime phone number, date of birth,
and Internet address as instructed.
To enter by mail, hand print your name, address, daytime phone
number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Plain, MN 55593-7799.
2) The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time, May 31, 1996,
and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, July 19, 1996.
1) Seven weekly drawings will be conducted from all eligible
Internet and mail-in entries received in the schedule listed
below.
2) One Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about July 24,
1996, from all eligible Internet and mail-in entries received from
each weekly drawing.

3) Limit one Internet or mail-in entry per day.  All weekly entries will be
kept for subsequent weekly drawings.  Limit one Weekly Prize per individual,
household, or Internet account.  Entries made by Internet will be declared
made by registered user of the Internet account.  Machine printed mail-in
entries not accepted.  Duplicate entries per day from the same Internet
account/household will be automatically disqualified.  Minors under the age
of 18 must first obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in
order to enter by Internet.  Drawings will be conducted by Gage Marketing
Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and
binding in all respects.  By participating, winners agree to be bound by
the Official Rules.  Disney Online is not responsible for phone, technical,
network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind;
misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed Internet/e-mail
computer transmissions; or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible,
stolen, incomplete, misaddressed, or postage-due entries/mail.  All entries
become the exclusive property of the sponsor and none will be returned.
Odds of winning either a Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize depend on
number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
