I don't know for sure if we need anything else from them except for my 
brothers medical records we just aren't real sure what we need to do now 
because what we do have seems to just becoming up dead ends. Have you or 
anyone that you know of had problems with them changing the mothers name to 
an alias? Have you heard of them changing how old the birth mother is? Please 
let me know so that I will know for sure. They said in the non-identifing 
information that her name on the birth certificate is an alias. We think we 
know what it is but the ages are off by two or three months, is this 
ssible?
