Systems are too complex these days to be certain of anything, but I am almost certain that if you get that result then you do not have the backup right on the computer where you ran Backup. Assuming you have not done deep-level tweaking of the rights, I am saying that you are not in the Administrators group. Let's say the two computers are BoxA and BoxB. BoxA is where the files were encrypted. BoxB is where the files are now. To backup the files, you need to be in the Administrators group on BoxB. Quick check: Click Start, Run \\BoxB\c$ (replace 'BoxB' with actual name of computer - you are doing this while logged on at BoxB as the user who is trying to backup the files). If you get an error message, you are not in Administrators (or you might have removed the admin shares). Uh oh. I just remembered. I know nothing about XP Home. However, the export/import mentioned in my other post should work!
