No, I wasn't aware of that, and haven't read anything along those lines...I
would think you'd also have to enter the username and password of the
firewall into the XP firewall for it to gain access...heck, a default
backdoor into the firewalls?  YIKES, if true.

The AOL thingies, has a place to enter the username and password, so it can
access and control the ports on the firewall as needed.  How long do you
think until some virus/worm/attack looks for that program, and hacks it to
open backdoors into AOL users computers?  What a stupid collection and
"feel good" tools they've wrapped into this "AOL
Secure" version.
