I was fortunate enough to find a going out of business pet store and was
able to purchase a used 55 gal aquarium with all of the accessories.
Just added water/salt/fish for only $150!
Here's my question (or comment):
I havent done a water change in over 2 years. I replace the evaporated
water with aged tap water (about 2 gallons every two weeks).
I fully test my water monthly and everything checks out O.K.
I'm assuming because I maintain a small number of fish (2 damsels, 1
tang) that the aquarium is it's own ecosystem.
Am I wrong here?
