subject: two more quick questions

I have a couple more quick Maximus questions which arise from my experience
with Opus way back before the earth cooled.
As I recall, Opus used to have an optional *.GBS file which could be
displayed to users who were in TTY mode not using ANSI graphics. For
example, if you had a WELCOME.BBS and a WELCOME.GBS in Opus, and the user
were TTY, I seem to recall Opus would display the text-only .GBS file. Is
there an equivalent in Maximus?
The second question, also related to an old Opus feature, was the ability to
display a file, which if memory serves me right was called AREAINFO.BBS or
something like that, to users who were entering a specific file area or
message area. This file need only be in the same directory as the file area
or message area. The message area thing puzzles me a bit though with the
advent of Squish-base message areas.
Anyways, there they are. Two quick, down and dirty questions.
