In my opinion, only to the nit pickers. :)
I 'think' it was the episode where she and Chakotay were left behind because 
of a 'bug' they picked up and only that planet's conditions allowed them to 
live. I don't remember the name, but I thought it amusing that one of the 
first things he did was make a bathtub for Janeway.
