My almost 10 year-old 19" Goldstar TV (the one you guys helped me fix last year ) has developed a new problem. When changing channels, the new channels started taking a couple of seconds to 'lock in'. This began a few months ago, and progressively got worse, until it's now to the point where all channels deliver nothing but 'snow'. I'm assuming it's some sort of tuner problem, (electronic tuning) but I have no idea where to start troubleshooting. I have only a very basic knowledge of electronics, but I am aware of the dangers involved while working inside a TV. Any help will be appreciated.
