You can say that again!! The monetary rewards are almost negligible, but the 
thrill of seeing a once apprehensive student bubble over with enthusiasm 
after a first or second dive, makes it worth it.
Oh yes, then there is always that figure in the "loss" column on those tax 
forms!!! It sure helps offset the day job bottom line!
