I've tried both the stable and beta versions of Xitami with similar results.
Downloads would only send a small part of files.  I'd like to use IIS but
the last time I tried, it couldn't find files that were where they were
supposed to be.  I was running Apache fairly successfully.  I'll be
installing Apache again and may put eleweb on that.
