Near the window in the projection room, there is a switch. Trigger it. The 
curtain will move, reavealing the woman. With your foot, break the window (Or 
with any weapon, but avoid the rocket launcher).
Then, you should adjust your firing angle to approx. middle of the screen and 
fire a rocket.
