Tuning around on the 13m Band today, I found the BBC Worldservice at 15.30 
TC
on 21660 KHz. Good to see the band opening up a little bit. In this context, 
I am wondering which other stations people are hearing these days on 13m. And 
if I may be so bold, is anybody transmitting on 25 MHz already or are the 
stations waiting for the solar cycle to pick up?
