* EleBBS Support List

Well, now it might be the slow machine (I'm running 2k on a 500mhz celeron
with elebbs win32), but even before I moved it over, ele would take about 20
seconds before the first prompt would appear.  How can I troubleshoot this?
I'm sure it's causing people to not log in as they probably think it isn't
even answering.
